Remote Monitoring - Overview

What is remote monitoring for vending machines?
Quite simply, it is the ability to network your fleet of vending machines so that sales, inventory, cash and "status" information can be viewed from a centralised location - your office.

Vending Robotics has created a remote monitoring solution through its VendingIT brand name. The VendingIT solution is made up of an embedded PC and modem that connects directly to your vending machines via the wired DEX/UCS port. It works with either Executive or MDB vending machines and lets you monitor the performance of your vending assets in real time. The system utilizes the internet to send and receive data and can be viewed by clients using a standard internet browser.

The VendingITsolution works on any landline or mobile phone network and does not require the operator to install any costly computer network. The system is compatible with GSM, CDMA and other mobile phone networks.

No Specialised Software Required
There is no need for you to install specialised software for the system to work. All information sent over the internet is fully encrypted and only authorised personnel are able to view the vending data.
