What Vending Machines will the VendingIT Solution work on?

The VendingIT system works with both Executive and MDB vending machines via the wired DEX/UCS port that is readily available on most types of modern vending machines. VendingIT works seamlessly with Vending Robotics machines and is able to provide the operator with sophisticated system diagnostics in addition to the sales, inventory and cash data of the machines. The VendingIT system can be integrated with virtually any other 3rd party electronic system. What information can VendingIT give me from my machines?

The audit data that will be available from your networked vending machines depends upon the manufacturer of your vending machines. Each manufacturer determines what amount of audit data is stored by its electronics. However, the minimal amount of information that you would be able to see from each machine would include the number of vends and $ value of vends by machine, and the amount of cash within each vending machine. For most modern machines, it is often possible to see error reporting and "out of stock" messaging from your machine. Contact us for further information on your vending machine type.

VendingIT presents this data in a clear manner and can even export the information to your spreadsheet program so you can effortlessly integrate the VendingIT system into your accounting processes.
