How much does VendingIT cost?
We are able to offer our remote monitoring package from less than $1 per day per vending machine depending upon the location of your business and the number of vending machines to be networked.

The costs of implementing the solution can be identified as follows:

  • VendingIT monitoring software;
  • Modem charges (airtime); and
  • Cost of Internet Service Provider.

    Based upon a 500 machine operation the total daily cost per machine can be estimated as:
  • VendingIT monitoring software $ 0.50 / day per machine
  • Modem charges (airtime) $ 0.10 / day per machine
  • Internet Service Provider charge - (sunk cost)
    Total costs $ 0.60 /day per machine (Excludes remote monitoring hardware).

    What does the VendingIT system provide for this price?
    Our remote monitoring package provides the following:

  • 24 hour access, 7 days a week to the data from each vending machine through your web browser
  • Real time email and SMS text messaging alerts of vending machine errors identified by the system
  • Full encryption of any data sent over the internet
  • Secure servers for hosting and backup of the system
  • Pre-processed data giving a range of charts showing performance on a per machine or per operation basis
  • Spreadsheet data in Excel format
  • Ongoing updates and feature improvements of the VendingIT management system.
